1. Credit-Based System

Staging AI operates on a credit-based payment model. Credits are purchased as one-time payments and are used to generate AI-staged interior images. 1 credit = 1 AI-generated image.

Our credit tiers are as follows:

  • 5 credits — €5.95 (Starter)
  • 9 credits — €9.95 (Basic)
  • 15 credits — €15.95 (Standard)
  • 55 credits — €45.95 (Plus)
  • 90 credits — €65.95 (Growth)
  • 115 credits — €75.95 (Pro)
  • 140 credits — €89.95 (Premium)
  • 165 credits — €99.95 (Advanced)
  • 225 credits — €129.95 (Business)
  • 250 credits — €139.95 (Scale)

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Used credits are non-refundable. Once a credit is consumed to generate an image, it cannot be refunded.
  • Unused credits may be eligible for a refund on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date will not be honored.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases involving suspected fraud, violation of our Terms of Service, or misuse of the platform. Aiboxlab Limited reserves the right to decline refund requests at its discretion.
